Rachel W. Peffer
Rachel W. Peffer has been employed as a Certified Paralegal with Braun Siler Kruzel since May, 2006. Rachel assists the firm's attorneys with the preparation of estate planning documents for clients. Rachel assists clients with the formulation, drafting, and finalization of their estate plans. Examples of these services are drafting of wills, revocable (living) trusts, and related documents; drafting of irrevocable, insurance, and qualified residence trusts; transferring assets into established trusts; and, amending and updating current plans.
Rachel graduated from Phoenix College in 1996 with an Associates Degree in Legal Assisting, and she continued her legal education by obtaining the designation of Certified Legal Assistant. Additionally, she is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants. Currently she is attending Arizona State University in the pursuit of a bachelor's degree in English Literature.
Past paralegal experience for Rachel includes domestic relations and civil litigation, as well as guardianships and conservatorships. Rachel is also a previous small business owner.
Rachel was born in Rochester, New York, and her family moved to Arizona in 1978. Rachel owns a classic car and is a member of a local car club which allows her to enjoy participating in car show gatherings and outings around the state of Arizona. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family.
