OUR AREAS OF PRACTICE.
We are continually adapting new areas of practice as the law, legal landscape and economic conditions continue to evolve. While our firm was formed to focus on estate planning and estate administration, we quickly responded to our clients' needs to handle business planning, transactions, and litigation matters because our clients wanted to continue working with us relating to other aspects of their lives and businesses. In many firms clients are passed on to other practice groups or referred to other law firms to handle issues outside of the trust and estate area. Our clients wanted to "keep it in the family" where they had developed a sense of trust, so we expanded and now are proud to provide a wide array of related services for our clients.

Guardianships & Conservatorships
We are all getting older. Our parents are becoming ill, incapacitated, and disabled. You might have an adult child who has a long-term disability, or an ailing elderly uncle living in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa or Sun City who needs assistance. Perhaps that ailing uncle has a new "friend" or caregiver, or a new spouse. What will happen to his affairs if he becomes ill or is admitted to the hospital? Who will write his checks and pay his bills?
Our firm can help when it comes to the affairs of mom, dad, adult, disabled child or sick or disabled family member. Sometimes, its as easy as arranging for a home health care advocate. In other cases, it may be necessary to appoint your relative a guardian or conservator. And in some instances, it may be appropriate to go after the deeds or misdeeds of a caregiver.
